Refund Policy

PURPOSE collections are created on-demand, which means that we work with several different vendors who each have their own refund/return/exchange policies. As such, it does take time for us to determine what each manufacturer will and will not accept responsibility for. Our refund/return/exchange steps were created to streamline processes to the best of our ability.

Refund criteria:

  1. Item has a manufacturing defect
  2. Item was purchased within 30 days from date of delivery
  3. Item was not returned to sender by mail carrier
  4. Item was not returned due to a change of heart or dissatisfaction with the color/size

Sending the Refund

  1. To initiate the Refund Request process, please send an email to returns@findgreaterpurpose.com and include:

    • Your Name
    • Order number
    • Product you ordered
    • Reason for the issue
    • Photo of the issue/defect/damage
  2. When your request is received, we review the information and provide feedback within 24-48 hours. If the return is approved, our team will send you instructions on how to move forward. Please note that we work with many vendors and not all of them accept returns/exchanges on print-on-demand (POD) merchandise. 

  3. We cannot accept returns for:

    • Wrong address due to customer mistake
    • Delivered packages that are unclaimed
    • Buyer's remorse

       

    * Hats, swimsuits, and mugs are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned

     

    Any items that are sent back without first going through our Refund Request process, will be rejected and ineligible for return/exchange.

     

     

    Returned to Sender

    At the moment, we cannot be responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to incorrectly typed recipient addresses. However, if you email us at support@findgreaterpurpose.com with the title RETURNED TO SENDER, we will do our best to address the situation. We cannot promise specific outcomes but hope we can arrive at a satisfactory resolution.

     If you did provide the correct address (and can provide evidence as such) and the package was still returned to sender, we will reship the order to the originally ordered address.

    Order Cancellation

    All of our products are printed on demand per customer order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 30 minutes after purchase.

    International Shipping

    Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
