First, I am absolutely thrilled with how this sweater turned out. When the ziziphus pattern was initially applied, there were some reservations on whether or not the design would translate well onto a knitted medium, however, this garment exceeded every expectation. I envisioned a very feminine sweater, cozy but not restrictive, a classic transitional piece for in-between seasons. This sweater did exactly that, and I can't wait for you all to see it!
Whenever we receive new products, I immediately do the unboxing with my husband. But it isn't until an outfit or two is assembled, that he can fully appreciate how the pieces work together. It amuses me to no end to hear him say:
"Oh wow - that looks really cute!"

Outfit #1
With this outfit, the Ziziphus Knitted Tee was layered over a sleeveless button-down white shirt, tapered jeans, platform almond-toe heels in a deep earth, and a brown check handbag. It has a kind of "librarian" feel to it that's sharp but casual. Perfect for a brisk day that isn't quite jacket weather.

Outfit #2
.
For this ensemble, the look was completed with black tapered cigarette pants, pointy D'orsay heels, a cropped overcoat, and black hobo with silk scarf tied to the handle for a pop of color. It's great for work, to catch an afternoon coffee with the gals, or whenever you need to look effortlessly pulled together.

Outfit #3
For the last look, I really leaned into casual with an oversized black denim jacket, tapered blue jeans, and suede ankle boots in a yummy caramel. Just like Outfit #2, the addition of black with the browns added some dimension and interest.
