Description

Made of a gorgeous, unsplit, full-grain Nappa leather, our Ziziphus Women's Handbag is one of the most luxurious pieces our store offers. Tanned and crafted in Nappy Valley, California with gold hardware and black stitching to add a touch of refinement to any ensemble.

The pattern is based on the ziziphus spina-christi, a common tree that grows in the Jordan Valley and Jerusalem. The branches are believed to be what Jesus' crown of thorns was made from. When the tree is in full bloom, not only is it beautiful, but fascinatingly, each leaf has three distinct veins (alluding to the Holy Trinity), and the flowers of the tree have golden petals in the shape of stars (alluding to Jesus). Also remarkable to note, is that all parts of the tree - from the bark and the berries, to the leaves and flowers - have potent medicinal qualities and have been used as such by locals for hundreds of years.

To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. When not in use, we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep it looking its best. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners. While a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from moisture. Should your product get wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat. To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint-free cotton cloth.

Return/Exchange Policy

PURPOSE collections are created with stewardship of our planet in mind. We are a print-on-demand company which helps us achieve our zero-waste goals and significantly decreases environmental impact.

At PURPOSE, we work with several vendors who have their own return/exchange policies. As such, it does take time for us to determine what each manufacturer will and will not accept responsibility for. Our return/exchange procedure was created to streamline processes to the best of our ability.

When your request is received, we review the information and provide feedback within 24-48 hours. If the return is approved, our team will send you instructions on how to move forward. Please note that not all vendors in our catalogue accept returns or exchanges.

We cannot accept returns for:

Wrong address due to customer mistake
Delivered packages that are unclaimed
Buyer's remorse

* Hats, swimsuits, and mugs are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned

Any items that are sent back without first going through our Return & Exchange Request process, will be rejected and ineligible for return/exchange.
