Refund policy
To initiate the Return & Exchange Request process, please send an email to returns@findgreaterpurpose.com and include:
- Your Name
- Order number
- Product you ordered
- Reason for the issue
- Photo of the issue/defect/damage
When your request is received, we review the information and provide feedback within 24-48 hours. If the return is approved, our team will send you instructions on how to move forward. Please note that we work with many vendors and not all of them accept returns/exchanges on print-on-demand (POD) merchandise.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong address due to customer mistake
- Delivered packages that are unclaimed
- Buyer's remorse
* Hats, swimsuits, and mugs are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned
Any items that are sent back without first going through our Return & Exchange Request process, will be rejected and ineligible for return/exchange.
