Return/Exchange Policy
At PURPOSE: A Christ-Centered Brand, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. As a print-on-demand (POD) company, we do not keep inventory on warehouse shelves. This made-to-order process helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and create more environmentally sustainable products.
Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color
- Changing your mind
- Accidental orders
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing or printing error, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund.
To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require the purchase of a replacement item and additional shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.

In addition to original and meaningful, Scripture-inspired artwork, our sweaters are true knit garments—not standard printed sweatshirts. PURPOSE sweaters are crafted from soft, substantial cotton-blend yarns using an intricate 12-gauge Birdseye Jacquard stitch, creating detailed imagery woven directly into the garment.
Our sweaters also feature:

- Fully knitted seams for durability and comfort
- Seamlessly integrated ribbed collars, cuffs, and hems
Many other faith-based “sweaters” are simply fleece sweatshirts printed to appear knitted, or cut-and-sew construction, where collars, cuffs, sleeves, and hems are separately knit, cut and stitched together as a lower-cost manufacturing method.
