Our Ichthys Collection is inspired by the abundant fish of the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus taught, performed many of His miracles, called His first disciples, and where countless lives were transformed through His ministry. The Sea of Galilee also holds special significance as the region where Jesus was baptized in the nearby Jordan River, marking the beginning of His public ministry.
At the heart of this collection is our original Ichthys pattern, thoughtfully designed in-house to celebrate one of the earliest and most enduring symbols of Christianity. The ichthys, or "Jesus fish," was used by the early Church as a quiet profession of faith and remains a timeless symbol of those who follow Christ.
The fish also points to the humble beginnings of Jesus' first apostles, many of whom were fishermen on the Sea of Galilee. As Jesus called them into a greater purpose, He said:

Return/Exchange Policy
PURPOSE collections are created with stewardship of our planet in mind. We are a print-on-demand company which helps us achieve our zero-waste goals and significantly decreases environmental impact.
At PURPOSE, we work with several vendors who have their own return/exchange policies. As such, it does take time for us to determine what each manufacturer will and will not accept responsibility for. Our return/exchange procedure was created to streamline processes to the best of our ability.
To initiate the Return & Exchange Request process, please send an email to returns@findgreaterpurpose.com and include:
- Your Name
- Order number
- Product you ordered
- Reason for the issue
- Photo of the issue/defect/damage
When your request is received, we review the information and provide feedback within 24-48 hours. If the return is approved, our team will send you instructions on how to move forward. Please note that not all vendors in our catalogue accept returns or exchanges.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong address due to customer mistake
- Delivered packages that are unclaimed
- Buyer's remorse
* Hats, swimsuits, and mugs are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned
Any items that are sent back without first going through our Return & Exchange Request process, will be rejected and ineligible for return/exchange.

Each pattern is original, copyrighted, filed with the U.S. Copyright Office, and owned exclusively by PURPOSE. Our artwork is inspired by Scripture, biblical symbolism, and the beauty of God’s Word, thoughtfully translated into meaningful, wearable design.
QUALITY. A majority of our products are made, produced, or assembled in the United States with proven manufacturing partners and the highest quality materials whenever possible.
STEWARDSHIP. We are a print-on-demand company. As such our products are created when ordered, eliminating excess inventory and reducing unnecessary waste and warehousing. By producing products per-order, we can better steward God’s creation.

In addition to original and meaningful, Scripture-inspired artwork, our sweaters are true knit garments—not standard printed sweatshirts. PURPOSE sweaters are crafted from soft, substantial cotton-blend yarns using an intricate 12-gauge Birdseye Jacquard stitch, creating detailed imagery woven directly into the garment.
Our sweaters also feature:
- Fully integrated knit construction
- Fully knitted seams for durability and comfort
- Seamlessly integrated ribbed collars, cuffs, and hems
Many other faith-based “sweaters” are simply fleece sweatshirts printed to appear knitted, or cut-and-sew construction, where collars, cuffs, sleeves, and hems are separately knit, cut and stitched together as a lower-cost manufacturing method.
