Return/Exchange Policy
At PURPOSE: A Christ-Centered Brand, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. As a print-on-demand (POD) company, we do not keep inventory on warehouse shelves. This made-to-order process helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and create more environmentally sustainable products.
Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color
- Changing your mind
- Accidental orders
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing or printing error, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund.
To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require the purchase of a replacement item and additional shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.

Thank you for supporting PURPOSE. Your purchase is more than a transaction; it helps to fulfill The Great Commission from Matthew 28:18-20, by creating home goods and apparel that share the Good News and encourage conversations about the ways and the person of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Frequently Asked Questions
Order
At this time, we only ship within the United States. In our commitment to maintaining high product quality and providing the most reliable and timely delivery possible, we currently do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and support of our Christ-centered shop!
This depends on the item. Some process as soon as 5-7 business days while others require 10+ business days. This is a general timeframe, with delivery estimates varying by vendor, vendor location, and destination. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
PURPOSE was created to share the Bible through thoughtfully designed apparel and home goods that reflect faith, stewardship, and craftsmanship.
ORIGINALITY. Every PURPOSE design is created entirely in-house—meaning we do not use AI-generated artwork, stock graphics, clip-art templates, or mass-produced design elements. Each pattern is original, copyrighted, filed with the U.S. Copyright Office, and owned exclusively by PURPOSE. Our artwork is inspired by Scripture, biblical symbolism, and the beauty of God’s Word, thoughtfully translated into meaningful, wearable design.
QUALITY. A majority of our products are made, produced, or assembled in the United States with proven manufacturing partners and the highest quality materials whenever possible.
STEWARDSHIP. We are a print-on-demand company. As such our products are created when ordered, eliminating excess inventory and reducing unnecessary waste and warehousing. By producing products per-order, we can better steward God’s creation.
“The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.”
— Psalm 24:1 (NIV)
At PURPOSE, we strive to provide below-retail pricing to our customers whenever possible, while providing premium materials and higher-end manufacturing. Your investment reflects our commitment to:
- Original, faith-centered design
- Higher-quality manufacturing, materials, and construction
- Sustainable production practices
We believe that what you wear should reflect not only your style, but also your values, faith, and care for God's Kingdom.

In addition to original and meaningful, Scripture-inspired artwork, our sweaters are true knit garments—not standard printed sweatshirts. PURPOSE sweaters are crafted from soft, substantial cotton-blend yarns using an intricate 12-gauge Birdseye Jacquard stitch, creating detailed imagery woven directly into the garment.
Our sweaters also feature:
- Fully integrated knit construction
- Fully knitted seams for durability and comfort
- Seamlessly integrated ribbed collars, cuffs, and hems
Many other faith-based “sweaters” are simply fleece sweatshirts printed to appear knitted, or cut-and-sew construction, where collars, cuffs, sleeves, and hems are separately knit, cut and stitched together as a lower-cost manufacturing method.
At PURPOSE, we intentionally showcase close-up product photography so customers can clearly see the premium knit texture, stitching, and craftsmanship that make our sweaters unique.
The result is a faith-centered garment designed not only to share the Bible, but to offer lasting quality, comfort, and artistry you can genuinely see and feel, that will last for years to come.
