Return/Exchange Policy
PURPOSE collections are created with stewardship of our planet in mind. We are a print-on-demand company which helps us achieve our zero-waste goals and significantly decreases environmental impact.
At PURPOSE, we work with several vendors who have their own return/exchange policies. As such, it does take time for us to determine what each manufacturer will and will not accept responsibility for. Our return/exchange procedure was created to streamline processes to the best of our ability.
To initiate the Return & Exchange Request process, please send an email to returns@findgreaterpurpose.com and include:
- Your Name
- Order number
- Product you ordered
- Reason for the issue
- Photo of the issue/defect/damage
When your request is received, we review the information and provide feedback within 24-48 hours. If the return is approved, our team will send you instructions on how to move forward. Please note that not all vendors in our catalogue accept returns or exchanges.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong address due to customer mistake
- Delivered packages that are unclaimed
- Buyer's remorse
* Hats, swimsuits, and mugs are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned
Any items that are sent back without first going through our Return & Exchange Request process, will be rejected and ineligible for return/exchange.
